Patrick Fogarty, PT, DPT, OCS

Pat received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duquesne University.  He also holds Bachelor' Degrees in Biology and Health Sciences from Duquesne.  After graduating from PT school, Pat completed a Clinical Residency in Orthopedics with the MGH Institute of Health Professions.  He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and has served as a clinical mentor for other orthopaedic sports physical therapists pursuing board certification.  His passion for further education and mentoring extends beyond the clinic as he currently serves as a lab instructor for physical therapy students at the MGH Institute.

Pat has developed a passion for sports medicine through his own experience with injury and rehabilitation.  After working at high volume clinics, he is committed to redefining the current image of physical rehabilitation to one with a focus on one-on-one, individualized, patient-centered care.  Pat prides himself on his desire for growth as he integrates emerging evidence into his rehabilitation approach.

Outside of the clinic, Pat is putting the principles of sport medicine into practice through competition in road races and endurance events.  He can be found running and biking around the city of Boston in preparation for competitions, or searching through the brush near the 16th green for his last golf ball.

Jillian Battista, PT, DPT, MS

Jill received a Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, including a fellowship in Biomechanics Research from Merrimack College, before going on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New England.  She completed a Clinical Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions where her passion for education and training is evident in her role as a lab instructor for the physical therapy students at the MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Jill played NCAA Division I Women's Ice Hockey for Merrimack College and has a deep understanding of the demands of high-performance sports. She also has a rich background in youth hockey, having played for the Buffalo Bisons, and in the Provincial Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) with the Burlington Barracudas and Brampton Canadettes.

Having personally witnessed the debilitating effects of a high-level injury, she understands the physical challenges athletes face and the mental hurdles that come with recovery. Whether it's a physical setback or the mental strain of returning to competition, Jill knows the importance of addressing both aspects in her treatment. She believes that effective care requires not just understanding the body’s mechanics but also the psychological factors that affect performance.

Jill is a proud member of Bill's Mafia and isn’t shy about showing it. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll find her at the beach, practicing hot yoga, or sharing stories and pictures of her Godson Benny.
